Our studio is an intimate, calming space designed to complement your climbing journey and promote overall well-being. Perfect for small group classes, this serene environment offers a chance to stretch, strengthen, and unwind.

Our resident yoga instructor, Tami, has run classes at Quay Climbing for over a decade and will now bring her small friendly classes to Boulder Exe. Her 1 hour Hatha Yoga classes are aimed at beginners and those with experience. Sessions focus on improving balance, flexibility and strength and supporting mental and physical wellbeing. 

Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, our studio offers a tranquil retreat to balance mind and body in harmony with your climbing practice.
