If you’re aged 7 or older, there are plenty of ways to start your bouldering journey at Boulder Exe:

• Climb with a supervising adult: bring along a family member or friend to supervise you as you climb. They’ll sign you in as a supervised climber, and together, you can explore the centre’s walls and challenges. Supervising adults can sign in up to two young climbers.
• Join a Youth Programme: designed for climbers aged 7-17, our youth programmes—run with Quay Climbing—follow accredited schemes like NICAS and NIBAS. They’re perfect for building confidence, mastering techniques, and having fun along the way.
• Step into our Development Squads: for ambitious young climbers, our squads provide pathways to hone skills and prepare for competition at local, regional, and national levels.
